FSWNAC 2026 Volunteer Working Dinner — May 17

Join us for the FSWNAC 2026 Volunteer Working Dinner on Saturday, May 17 from 3:00–6:00 PM at GRSA.

Think of this as part team meeting, part pasta party, part "let's find everything that could go wrong before it actually goes wrong." We're doing this right — Olive Garden catering, good company, and a genuine working session to make sure race weekend runs like clockwork.

What's happening:

• Meet your fellow volunteers and your captain over dinner
• Review your printed role packet and go through it together
• Walk through the full weekend plan as a team — and then poke holes in it. If something doesn't make sense, this is the time to say so. We want the hard questions now, not Saturday morning at the ramp.
• Get clarity on credentials, dispatch, timing, and anything else on your mind
• Leave with everything you need in your hands before race weekend

Why it matters: This is our one chance to get everyone in the same room before the boats hit the water. Volunteers who come to this dinner walk into race weekend relaxed and ready. 

Can't stay the whole time? No problem — drop in when you can and leave when you need to. Even an hour is worth it. Just register so we have your count for catering.
