The Laser is a single-handed Olympic class dinghy and is raced on the Club, National and International Class levels.  Our fleet is for sailors desiring a challenging boat that rewards athleticism, subtle steering and trimming techniques as well as tactical excellence.

The GRSA Laser Fleet frequently travels together to the Chesapeake Bay, Potomac River and large regional events.  With the Laser’s 3 sail rig plans, our fleet encourages sailors of all ages and skill levels to join us sailing and competing together.  If you have interest in sailing Lasers, please reach out to our fleet captain or one of our members.
