High temperatures combined with high humidity and very light air challenged 10 sailors on Friday evening. We had in the mix 4 instructors from our sail camp program, two graduates from the level 2 course, our Race Committee Chair Richard Baucom, Commodore Helen Brown, Stephen Brown and Wayne Leapold.  While actual finishing orders were as expected, when the Portsmouth ratings were factored in the final results indicated in these races anything can happen.  Much thanks to Brandon Wagner for assisting on the Race Committee boat with Dave Upton where much coaching to Brandon’s daughter Madelyn and Dave’s grandson Blake could be heard.
