Seller would prefer a buyer who is a GRSA member and will keep her there. It's not a requirement but would add value to a buyer. 

Seller just refinished the mahogany on board. The tabernacle and the centerboard cap. They had gotten weathered in a previous ownership. The boat has 4 sails, 2 mains, 1 jib and one spinnaker. She sails really well with very little weather helm when flat.

The trailer has two new wheels and tires over a year ago and the old ones are there for spares should anybody need one. 

Seller has sailed Scot's for over 40 years and this was his third one. "I miss sailing but life must go on. "
