GRSA SITE RULES

MEMBERSHIP CARDS will be carried at all times while on site.

BOAT
STICKERS will be displayed on the port bow of members boats not later than
May 1st of the current year. No boats will launch without stickers, except for
non-members who have registered for races and then only for those races.

BOAT
PARKING: Parking for member owned boats is permitted on a space available
basis provided the boat displays a current year GRSA registration sticker.
Assignment of parking spaces, and organization of parking is controlled
through the Facilities Chairman. New or existing members desiring a parking or
storage space for their boat must contact the Facilities Chairman for
placement.

Once a
space is assigned, temporary removal of the boat is permitted provided that
the space is marked with the member's name.

All
boats will be stored on trailers, or on the club racks. In the water or
shoreline storage is prohibited, except that overnight anchorage is
permitted if the boat is sailed on consecutive days. It is the member's
responsibility to insure the boat is properly secured to prevent damage to
club docks and other surrounding boats.

Boats
remaining in the water or on shore shall be secured at least 50 feet from
the launching ramps. The Facilities Chairman, at his discretion, may move
improperly stickered or parked boats to an impound area until such time as
the boats are properly stickered, claimed, or removed from the site.

Members
are responsible for maintaining their boats and the area around the boat.
Securing the boat to the trailer or rack is recommended to minimize
potential damage during high wind periods.

Storage
of boats not suitable for use on Swift Creek Reservoir is not permitted at
the site.

SECURITY is everyone's responsibility. The gate should be closed and
locked at all times, except in the event of a GRSA scheduled activity or on
weekends or holidays when numerous members are using the site. The last person
to leave the site shall be responsible for locking the gate. Never leave the
site without locking the gate unless you are certain another member is on the
grounds. When in doubt -- LOCK THE GATE.

GUESTS
are welcome when accompanied by a member, however, guests are NOT permitted to
launch their boats unless participating in a GRSA invitational or open
regatta.

EXCESSIVE PROFANITY or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated at the
club, and may be grounds for revocation of membership.

RIGGING in the launch areas or drives is forbidden. Rig your boat in a
parking space, launch smartly, and return your car and trailer to an approved
parking area.

DOGS
and other pets are not allowed on the site.

CLEAN
UP your own trash and that of your children.
-
PARENTS are responsible for their children and their actions.
Children under 9 years of age must not be left unattended on the site.

SWIMMING from the site is not permitted.
-
FISHING is by written permit only. No fishing from the docks.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may not be consumed on the site by anyone under
21 years of age.

FIREWORKS are not permitted on the site.

PARKING OF MEMBER'S CARS should be in designated car
parking areas. Cars should not obstruct driveways, or prevent access of
members to their boats. If cars are left in front of another member's boat,
the keys should in the car to permit moving the car.

SPECIAL EVENTS where members invite large numbers of guests are
permitted provided the member contacts the Facilities Chairman and Commodore
to insure no other events are slated for the requested period. The
sponsoring member will be responsible for their guests behavior. Events where
non-members may use their own boats from the site requires approval of the
Board of Directors.

RULES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL MEMBERS TO ENFORCE.
